Brian J. Isaac is a partner and head of the firm’s Litigation and Appellate department at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco LLP. Mr. Isaac graduated from Brandeis University in 1981 and cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1984. He was admitted to the bar in 1985 and has practiced litigation law for over 30 years.
He is a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers’ Association, where he has served as Chairman of the Amicus Committee for well over a decade. Mr. Isaac has consistently been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in New York and, for the past 5 years, has been rated a “Top 100” lawyer by that publication. As well, Mr. Isaac has attained membership in the prestigious American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, an organization that admits members only after a rigorous evaluation process that include judges, attorneys and distinguished members of the Bar. Mr. Isaac has been recognized for his skills in civil litigation, appellate practice, and personal injury.
