Kelly A. Breslauer, Esq. is an attorney in the Appellate Litigation department at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP. With expertise in New York’s Labor Law, premises liability, and construction defect litigation, Ms. Breslauer provides strong advocacy for her clients. She focuses on drafting appeals and substantive motions for plaintiffs in New York’s Appellate Division and trial courts.

Ms. Breslauer graduated from Union College in 2016 and obtained her law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2021 and is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Prior to joining the firm, she made notable contributions as the Managing Editor of Staff on the Hofstra Labor & Employment Journal.
