Robert Shannon is an immigration attorney who is presently Of Counsel to Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco. Prior to joining the firm, he had 35 years of experience in the field. Including 12 years as an ICE agent and working as general counsel for the Department of Justice.
His past experience has included appearing before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Further, Mr. Shannon has represented families before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) in removal and deportation proceedings with an emphasis on cancellation of removal and asylum matters. Additionally, he handled adjustment of status family petitions, U-Visa and VAWA petitions in support of his clients.
Mr. Shannon graduated from Touro Law School and was admitted to practice in New York.
