New York Immigration Law Services Available to You

The dedicated immigration team at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco is proud to have long been serving clients in New York and around the world with help reaching their immigration goals. We support a broad spectrum of immigration law-related matters, bringing over a century of combined experience to the table.

A compassionate immigration attorney from our law firm can help you with the following services:

  • Family-Based Immigration. Family-based green cards are some of the most commonly pursued options to secure lawful permanent residency in New York. We can help bring your loved one to New York through consular processing or assist you with an adjustment of status if you are already based in the country. We can also assist in reviewing your family member’s entire immigration history to determine eligibility to adjust status in the U.S. instead of going abroad or if any waivers are needed.
  • Employment-Based Immigration. Certain skilled and unskilled workers can qualify to live and work in the United States on a temporary or permanent basis. Depending on your skills and educational background, as well as your occupational and immigration goals, we can help you pursue and secure a pathway that fits your needs.
  • Humanitarian-Based Immigration. If you are an undocumented individual living in New York who had to leave your origin country due to fear of persecution, our legal team can help you apply for asylum. We can also assist those located outside of the country with working toward refugee status recognition so that they can legally enter the country and then apply to be a permanent resident.
  • Nonimmigrant Visas. Individuals may be eager to come from all over the world to study, travel, conduct business, attend an event, and achieve other objectives without the need to stay permanently. For such cases, an attorney from our firm can help you with the nonimmigrant visa application process.
  • Criminal Defense. Being charged with a crime or even arrested can threaten your current or future immigration status, as well as your physical presence in the country. An immigration lawyer can ensure that your rights are protected and help work toward criminal defense outcomes that minimize the negative consequences on your immigration status.
  • Deportation and Removal Defense. A fierce litigator from our firm can represent you in immigration court, leveraging various legal strategies to help you stay in the United States. If you or a loved one are currently being detained by immigration authorities, they can fight to have you or your loved one released on bond and try to negotiate bond rates as well.

The devoted immigration team at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco is here to help you pursue your own version of the American dream right here in New York. Whether that means defending you from deportation or finding the most efficient option to pursue lawful permanent residency, we provide a rich breadth of immigration services to meet your needs. From our compassionate, client-centered approach to our detail-oriented, strategic processes, we garner client satisfaction from start to finish.

At PPID, you’re not just getting legal help – you’re getting a team that values inclusivity and is committed to giving you a customized experience, no matter what language you speak.

Founder, Arthur Pollack, was born in Yonkers, NY but moved to Germany as a young child. Luckily, he escaped Nazi Germany in the 1930s, returning to America where he subsequently served the U.S. in World War II; first as a paratrooper, and after the war, as a translator at the Nuremberg Trials. He was particularly well-suited for this role as he had a natural gift for languages, eventually becoming fluent in 13 different tongues. Following his graduation from law school provided by the G.I. Bil, Mr. Pollack founded a law firm specializing in U.S. immigration law.

Arthur’s son, Conrad Pollack, graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1985 and joined his father’s firm. While both father and son looked forward to working together, unforeseen circumstances caused their time to be cut short. Arthur Pollack passed away, leaving Conrad in charge of the firm at the young age of 26 years old.

Under Conrad’s management, the firm rapidly expanded. He was quickly joined by renowned litigator Brian J. Isaac (head of the appellate department) and Fred A. DeCicco (head of Real Estate / commercial law department), and together they officially established Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP.
